Job Description
A great opportunity has become available for the position of Sous Chef in this beautiful country house hotel working a mixture of shifts with 2 days off every week. Looking for a sous chef with passion for fresh food and wants to express there style on the weekly changing menus with the main aim to gain the hotel further rosettes
Required Experience
As the Sous Chef you will come from a high quality rosetted hotel or Restaurant with experience in modern British cuisines. You will also be responsible for assisting the head chef with all aspects of running the kitchen on a daily basis.

Salary 27k with temporary accommodation if needed
