House manager for this stylish contemporary boutique hotel with great conference, wedding, event space and state of the art spa.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the business, with a specific focus on rooms management and human resources.
The hotel is trading at the top end of the market, and you will therefore need to have been
working in 4/5 star hotels, AA red star or high end boutique hotels, where service and individual guest care is a key element to the success of the business.
You will manage the rooms rate strategy and be actively involved with every facet of this element of the business. You will also have accountability for all key HR activities, including the support and development of the team and the maintenance of all legislative requirements.
This is a small, vibrant and highly individual hotel, you will need to feel very much at ease getting actively involved with all elements of the business. Flexibility and commitment will be two essential qualities.
Remuneration and benefits are good with salary c£30,000
