This is a fantastic opportunity for an in-house recruiter to join a successful retailer. You will work closely with your key stakeholders to assess both internal and external recruitment. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth candidate experience and slick process. You should be able to embrace change and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with delivering the full cycle of the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, telephone screening, face to face interviewing and selecting candidates.
* Utilise multiple channels to source and attract top talent
* Supporting the recruitment strategy to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the company headcount plan, update the candidate database and build strong relationships with talented candidates.
* Work on succession planning for key positions, combining with operations to ensure development plans are in place to ensure a robust internal succession.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the area managers and the senior operations team.

What you will need to succeed:

* In-house recruitment experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to form strong relationships
* Enthusiasm and drive to reach a common goal
