This is a fantastic opportunity for an in-house recruiter or someone looking for their first in house role to join a growing casual dining brand, helping to drive the recruitment strategy forward. Working with the wider recruitment and operational teams, you will recruit for a variety of roles at differing levels, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and slick process. You should be able to embrace change and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities of a recruitment advisor:

* Assist with delivering the full cycle of the recruitment process including writing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, telephone screening, face to face interviewing and selecting candidates.
* Utilise multiple channels to source and attract top talent
* Supporting the recruitment strategy to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the company headcount growth plan, update the candidate database and build strong relationships with talented candidates.
* Respond to all employment enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with the recruiting managers.

What You Will Need to succeed as a recruitment advisor:

* Previous recruitment experience within hospitality would be beneficial
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to form strong relationships
* Enthusiasm and drive to reach a common goal


* Up to £38,000 basic salary
