I'm currently looking for someone to join an amazing casual restaurant group as the Head of Talent. Based in Central London you will lead the talent agenda across the business, working closely with the wider talent and recruitment team to devise an internal and external talent pipeline, driving positive engagement and an exceptional candidate experience. The Head of Talent will play a crucial part in defining and shaping the future of the brand’s population.

• Talent Acquisition: Employer branding, creative sourcing solutions, recruitment events, assessment and onboarding of talent and internal & external engagement.
• Talent Development: Training needs analysis, development of training material, delivery & execution of training in various forms, partnering with training providers externally.
• Talent Management: Succession planning, talent mapping, implementation of talent pipeline to sustain and growth with the overall business plan.

Personal Specification:
• You will have recent in-house recruitment experience, ideally within hospitality or retail
• You will ideally have experience managing a team
• You will need a passion for the development of people
• You will be comfortable working at pace
• You will have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage these relationships

• Up to £55,000 basic salary
• 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
• Up to 20% annual bonus
